[When he comes in she's easily able to be found-- as she's busy chasing and laughing after seagulls. But at the voice she stops and looks back with wide eyes, before squawking and turning into a tiny seagull herself.

It takes a moment before she's back to normal and her entire face is red.]

So, uh- I need a sewing machine, a rechargeable battery fer it, the fabric the tiamat's uniform's made out of, thread ta match each of the colors, sewing needles in th' standard sizes, sewing scissors, cutting mat, and a ruler.

[Ha pauses, checking the items off a list in his head]

Oh, uh- and I'll probably need a box ta keep alla the little things, like the thread and the needles'nd shit in.
